Hproxy is a budget pay-as-you-go proxy provider (residential from $0.44/GB) that fits small scraping and privacy jobs. Skip it if you need security documentation, SLAs, or deep third-party vetting — its own security page 404s and review coverage is thin.
Medium. Based on ~20 public sources; most snippets are truncated, so depth and support quality are hard to verify.
