CheapGamesFinder Review

Depends

Should I use CheapGamesFinder?

Free game price comparison and tracking across official PC and console storefronts. - cheapgamesfinder.com

Use it if you actively hunt multi-store PC/console deals and want free price-history alerts — it costs nothing to try. Skip it if you want a community-proven tracker; gg.deals and IsThereAnyDeal have far stronger reputations.

  • Casuals who just check Steam sales twice a year

Gotchas - check before you buy

Login and signup exist, but the /security page 404s — unclear what account data is collected.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Free forever — every feature, every store, no subscription
  • Compares Steam, Epic, GOG, Humble, Fanatical, Green Man Gaming, Microsoft Store
  • Official-store price history charts flag historical lows

  • Claims rankings by best price, never by commission

Cons

  • No independent user reviews found; community trust unproven
  • Affiliate-funded — 'never by commission' claim is self-reported
  • Security page returns a 404; transparency is thin
  • PC-focused; PlayStation shoppers directed to PS Deals instead
