Fulcrum Review

Depends

Should I use Fulcrum?

Revolutionize your field operations with AI-native Fulcrum Field Operations Management and field data collection platform. - fulcrumapp.com

Buy it if field crews need structured mobile forms and GIS-style data collection; reviews are solid for that job. Skip it if you need office/CRM software, a manufacturing ERP, or just one simple form.

Confidence

Medium. Based on 13 public sources; unrelated companies named 'Fulcrum' (ERP, insurance, security, literary magazine) were excluded.

Best for

  • Field crews on mobile forms
  • GIS and asset inspections
  • Utilities and environmental fieldwork
  • Teams replacing paper checklists

Not for

  • Office-only teams needing a CRM
  • Manufacturers wanting ERP — that's Fulcrum Pro, a different vendor
  • Small teams needing one simple form — use Google Forms
  • Buyers requiring transparent published pricing

Gotchas - check before you buy

medium

Public pricing not visible in reviewed sources — confirm per-user costs and plan limits with sales.

medium

Multiple unrelated 'Fulcrum' vendors exist (ERP, insurance, security); verify contracts reference.

medium

Reddit GIS thread shows a user migrating to Esri Collector — test GIS depth first.

medium

Guess: test data export before committing; migrating years of field records is painful.
