Should I use iSeePassword?

Password recovery utilities for Windows logins, Office files, and Android locks. - iseepassword.com

Depends. Buy only for a one-off rescue of your own locked Windows PC or a forgotten Office file password. Not for business password management — you need real IAM or a password manager, not a bootdisk.
