| Verdict | Depends | Depends |
| Best for | Coupon-hunting shoppers | Frequent online shoppers |
| Who it's not for | Anyone shopping for business software to license | Privacy-conscious shoppers . data-practice accusations are recent and credible |
| Privacy | Public bug bounty via Intigriti; no known breaches found, but a flagship Android app lists known CVEs.⁵ | No public CVEs found for the extension; data-practice complaints and one user-reported credential exposure, and no public security page found in scan. |
| Support quality | No support evidence found | No support evidence in sources. |
| Public sentiment | Employee sentiment is mixed . 82% approval across 238 Glassdoor reviews . while shopper-side reviews barely surfaced in the sources.⁶ | Deeply split: some users report real savings, but a large recent wave calls it useless, data-hungry, or untrustworthy after the 2024 controversy.13 |
| Biggest gotcha | Merchant/affiliate pricing isn't public; expect a sales conversation, not a pricing page⁸ | Your shopping data is the product; critics say it funds ad targeting, not just your discounts. |
