| Verdict | Worth it | Worth it |
| Best for | Frequent hotel bookers | Deal-hunting leisure travelers |
| Who it's not for | Once-a-year vacationers . savings won't justify another extension | Travelers wanting one accountable party for the whole booking |
| Privacy | Mixed: ScamDoc rates the main domain 97% trust and Scam-Detector calls it secure, but Gridinsoft flags a subdomain; no known breaches.⁷ | Security page, dedicated team, and HackerOne bounty exist; two public incidents: a 2012 data-exposure glitch and a 2022 account-takeover disclosure. |
| Support quality | No evidence found | Complaint sites document hard-to-resolve booking disputes |
| Public sentiment | Public user reviews are sparse: Mozilla's add-on page includes 1-star reviews and a critical Italian reviewer, while trust scanners rate the main domain highly.⁶ | Users like the search experience, but a vocal minority report misleading prices, booking disputes, and hard-to-reach support.13 |
| Biggest gotcha | Extension needs access to booking-site pages to compare prices; review permissions first⁵ | ConsumerAffairs lists misleading-pricing complaints; confirm the final price before paying15 |
