| Verdict | Depends | Depends |
| Best for | Homeowners wanting one-off advice from celebrity designers | Full-room or whole-home remote redesigns |
| Who it's not for | Teams shopping for software . this is a consumer consult marketplace | Small styling tweaks or single-item questions |
| Privacy | No known public vulnerabilities found in the sources reviewed.10 | No known public vulnerabilities found in the sources reviewed.12 |
| Support quality | No substantive support reviews found | Customer service flagged in user reviews |
| Public sentiment | Independent feedback is sparse: a positive Substack review of a Jake Arnold consult and Instagram praise for the concept, with almost no aggregated reviews.¹ | Feedback is split: users like the designer choice and 3D renders, while others find it expensive and report customer-service problems.13 |
| Biggest gotcha | Each designer keeps their own pricing ('Your pricing. preserved'), so rates vary widely.⁹ | Fees can scale with total project scope, not one flat rate |
