| Verdict | Depends | Depends |
| Best for | Small towns and villages | Photographers and creative portfolios |
| Who it's not for | Any non-government organization or business | Anyone needing deep customization or plugins . use WordPress |
| Privacy | No known public vulnerabilities found in the sources reviewed.⁴ | Mature platform with strong infrastructure, but 2024 domain hijacks exposed weak security defaults during domain migration. |
| Support quality | Markets single-contact-point support; help portal exists | Insufficient evidence in sources reviewed |
| Public sentiment | Independent user reviews are nearly absent; one third-party review exists and most comparison content is vendor-published.⁷ | Users love the design and ease for portfolios and small business sites, but increasingly complain about price hikes, design limitations, and backend issues.11 |
| Biggest gotcha | The $99/mo figure is a base; custom municipal projects likely quote higher² | Repeated price hikes reported up to 48%; users pay more without new features. |
