| Verdict | Depends | Depends |
|---|
| Best for | Canadian leisure travelers | Leisure travelers bundling flight + hotel |
|---|
| Who it's not for | Fee-averse flyers | Trips that might need changes or refunds |
|---|
| Privacy | Breached: a 2025 attack exposed passenger travel documents, including passports. | No known breaches of the core platform; two third-party incidents (2018 Orbitz, 2020 Prestige) exposed guest data. |
|---|
| Support quality | No support evidence in sources. | Refund and complaint volume dominates reviews |
|---|
| Public sentiment | Package travelers praise routes and prices, while other reviewers hammer fees, hidden costs, and daily fare swings. | Polarized: travelers praise the deals and inventory but repeatedly report poor customer service and refund hassles. |
|---|
| Biggest gotcha | A cyberattack starting June 2025 exposed passenger data, including passports. Payment data stayed safe. | Changes route through Expedia, not the airline or hotel; refund waits are common |
