Best for	Job seekers wanting one-tap applications	Local in-person cash deals
Who it's not for	Startups hiring senior or technical talent	Anyone buying high-value items sight unseen
Privacy	2018 breach exposed user email addresses; scam campaigns continue to target job seekers.^⁸	No CVEs against itself found, but its brand is heavily abused and one 2021 flaw was actively exploited.
Support quality	BBB complaint volume and billing disputes reported	No usable evidence in sources
Public sentiment	G2 reviewers find it easy to use, but Reddit job seekers and small-business employers are largely negative on results, responses, and billing.^¹	Feedback is polarized: cheap local finds win praise while complaint sites are flooded with scam and support gripes.¹³
Biggest gotcha	Small business reported 'absurd' charges tied to resume credits after subscribing^⁵	Google Voice verification-code scam targets sellers via fake buyers
