VERDICT

Should I use ReserveBee?

Online booking system for sports fields, rentals, and salons - reservebee.com

Depends. Small venues, clubs, and rental businesses with modest booking needs should buy — the free tier and zero-commission model make it low-risk. Salons wanting vertical depth, enterprises, or buyers needing a proven track record should look elsewhere.

Best for

  • Padel and sports court operators
  • Rental businesses (rooms, equipment)
  • Beach clubs and activity venues
  • Clubs with member-vs-regular pricing tiers

Not for

  • Enterprises needing SSO, deep integrations, or compliance certifications
  • Salons wanting salon-specific features — Salonized specializes there
  • Teams wanting a CRM — this books resources, not contacts
  • Buyers needing proven reliability — only 2 public reviews exist

Gotchas - check before you buy

high

Only 2 public reviews — support quality and reliability are largely unvalidated.

medium

Zero-commission claim excludes Stripe payment processing fees — budget those separately.

medium

Cheapest plan limits statistics; reporting likely requires the paid plan.

medium

Comparison pages dominating search results are vendor-written, not independent.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • No commission on payments; you pay only your payment provider's costs
  • Flat-fee pricing instead of competitors' revenue percentages
  • Pay-as-you-go plan: no monthly fee, first 25 orders free
  • Modular booking for courts, rooms, equipment — whatever you offer
  • Pricing tiers let members and regulars get their own rates automatically

Cons

  • Tiny public review base: just 2 Trustpilot reviews
  • Pay-as-you-go plan offers only limited statistics
  • Generalist across courts, rooms, salons — less vertical depth than specialists
  • No evidence of SOC 2 or ISO compliance in reviewed sources
