| Verdict | Depends | Worth it |
| Best for | Personal flight and hotel booking | Deal-hunting leisure travelers |
| Who it's not for | Any team buying software . this is a consumer travel site, not a tool | Travelers wanting one accountable party for the whole booking |
| Privacy | No known public vulnerabilities found in the sources reviewed.¹ | Security page, dedicated team, and HackerOne bounty exist; two public incidents: a 2012 data-exposure glitch and a 2022 account-takeover disclosure.11 |
| Support quality | No support evidence found | Complaint sites document hard-to-resolve booking disputes |
| Public sentiment | Public chatter rarely discusses the booking experience itself . it is dominated by failed 'prove you're human' checks and CAPTCHA-related scams.² | Users like the search experience, but a vocal minority report misleading prices, booking disputes, and hard-to-reach support.⁷ |
| Biggest gotcha | Failed human verification can block checkout entirely; one user could not complete it² | ConsumerAffairs lists misleading-pricing complaints; confirm the final price before paying⁹ |
