This is Expedia's Canadian consumer travel site — not software a team buys, so there is nothing here to evaluate or license. Fine for personal flight and hotel bookings, but public feedback is dominated by failed 'prove you're human' checks rather than the booking experience.
Low. Based on 30 public sources; nearly all concern CAPTCHA and human-verification prompts, not the product itself. The scraped 'Show us your human side...' name is Expedia's human-verification text, confirming the page content was not captured.

“Nothing humbles me faster than a website asking me to prove I'm human”
Compare Expedia.ca with each alternative.
Comparable OTA with overlapping flight and hotel inventory
Neutral fare search that books direct with airlines
Metasearch to compare OTAs before booking

Consumer travel site, not a business tool. OK for personal trips; expect human-verification friction per user reports.
