Support quality	No support evidence in sources	No support evidence found
Public sentiment	Ratings are strong (Trustpilot 5/5, G2 praise for ease of use), but Reddit threads and app reviews flag vague licensing, paywalled 'free' icons, and app limitations.^³	Reviewed sources are mostly vendor pages, directory listings, and Pinterest echoes; no independent user reviews were found.¹²
Biggest gotcha	Premium license reportedly grants usage, not ownership; rules vague for shipped products like games.^⁶	Attribution on every free asset gets painful for client or commercial work¹⁴
