| Verdict | Depends | Depends |
| Best for | Agencies scaling link building | SEO agencies and consultants |
| Who it's not for | Bootstrapped sites needing 2-3 cheap links | Small businesses needing only basic keyword checks |
| Privacy | No known product vulnerabilities; 2FA available and site rates 'excellent' on Gridinsoft, but 1,734 user credentials tied to the domain sit in infostealer logs.10 | No public breaches or product CVEs found in reviewed sources; official security page, privacy policy, and DPA published. |
| Support quality | No independent support-quality evidence found | High-tier user publicly felt ignored |
| Public sentiment | Feedback is sparse but leans positive on marketplace breadth and built-in copywriting, while SEO communities actively debate paid-link risk.⁶ | Reviewers consistently praise the backlink data depth but increasingly grumble about per-seat pricing, pricing changes, and support.14 |
| Biggest gotcha | Marketplace-bought links can trigger Google penalties or devaluation⁷ | Seats multiply cost fast; agencies call per-seat pricing the main pain point.16 |
