VERDICT

Should I use Aceboater?

Official boating license and exam online — accredited boating safety course for Canada and US states - aceboater.com

Worth it. Buy if you are a recreational boater who needs a state- or Transport Canada-approved card and wants a cheap, self-paced online path. Skip it if you want hands-on instruction or your state's approved-provider list excludes Aceboater.

Confidence

Medium. Based on ~20 public sources; accreditation is well evidenced, but independent reviews are thin and pricing numbers are vendor-controlled.
