Breasy Review

Depends

Should I use Breasy?

Breasy is a maintenance service company serving property managers, investors, homeowners, and tenants across 12 U.S. markets. 48-hour quotes. 5-day completion. Same-day photos. - joinbreasy.com

Reasonable fit if you manage scattered single-family rentals inside their 12 markets and want speed plus photo documentation. Skip it if you're a single homeowner or need published pricing — a local handyman or Angi is simpler and cheaper.

Confidence

Medium. Based on 12 public sources. Several unrelated 'Breasy' brands (coffee app, medical, breathwork, NYC AC rentals) were identified and excluded; review and pricing evidence for the actual company is thin.

Gotchas - check before you buy

medium

No published rates — you commit through a quote-only sales funnel.

medium

Their own content hints at recurring monthly managed-service fees; total cost unclear.

medium

No public security page despite crews entering occupied homes.

low

Several unrelated companies share the 'Breasy' name — confirm you're on.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Sends dispatched, insured crews — not lead-gen referrals
  • 48-hour quotes, 5-day completion, same-day photos
  • Free quotes for property managers
  • Positive independent Yelp review for Phoenix landscaping work
  • Builds a dedicated field team instead of gig marketplace staffing

Cons

  • Independent reviews are thin; most praise is self-published testimonials
  • Coverage limited to 12 U.S. markets
  • Competes with Angi and TaskRabbit; differentiation unproven by third parties
  • Completion promises are marketing claims, not verified SLAs
